Kerio may be the best bet but IIRC it's not supported either- but with all the people who still use kerio I would suspect you'll find answers to any issues you may have. I think you could still use an older version of ZA, there's a fair number of people that use ZA 6. So, same with kerio, I think you can find answers to issues you may have in forums like here.

Outpost Security Suite seems to be compatible with Win2k but the free edition cannot be installed on Win2k Server. Avast can't be updated in Windows Server anymore. You can still install it using the method mentioned in 2 but there'll be a warning that it's not supported on a Server when trying to update.
