I like the layout and the ease of use. Brian at Tally Systems is great; he will help you anytime. He explains it so you can understand it very easily. This program makes doing takeoffs enjoyable. For an old country boy, this is definitely worth taking time to try it out.

We are in a different time zone and it could possibly lead to a big problem if I have a deadline and a problem with my software and not be able to fix the issue if I am working into the evening. Other than that is was quite comparable to the one I actually invested in.

Easy to use, fast digitizing, intuitive commands, and accurate scaling to ensure quantities are calculated correctly. It would be great if this was directly linked to estimating software to the entries and calculation would be shared.

They thought of everything. Very impressed with customer support! I love the demo videos within the program. So far it has been a very good experience. I can not complain. Would be nice to have an phone app just to access the reports. Lack of help from customer support was lacking, but the program is user friendly. Can not do somethings that would help in the visuals. Being able to rotate the 3-D image would help along with a few other things.
