Walking distance to some other great beaches like Palma Nova. Not nice. Full of English people trying to start fights against eachother. The police are bullies. There are loads of dodgy people out at night selling u drugs every day and the police do nothing about it.

Nothing to do there rather than drink swim in the pool. And repeat. So the hotel is nice, it has a lot of space available and many activities. You see everyone working really hard but they are just not enough personnel for the amount of people. Whenever we had an issue it was dealt very well by the staff and with a smile. I just believe that a bit of more personnel specially in the restaurants of the hotel would make it worth it, since we had to wait very long for our lunches and dinners or drinks.

Seriously shout out to the staff. Great job and they appreciate the random tip every once and awhile. Shows were awesome and the kids club for 5 and older was great. Hopefully the upper management address maintenance issues and possibly renovation to the facility and all inclusive package.

Beds honestly were pretty nice. Staff was very proffesional and alwayes friendly! View was amazing! Location also is very good for who wants to have an energetic vacation, night is more crowded then day. The hotel has courtesy room which you can take shower after you leave the room and want to enjoy more the beach or the area!

Hotels location was right in the heart of everything, such short walks to shops, bars, restaurant and Magaluf strip. Rooms were clean, modern and nicely decorated and beds super soft and comfy. Heaven suite is beautiful, spacious and has wonderful views across the sea and Magaluf bay. The staff are very friendly and the whole hotel is lovely and clean.

We also paid for the couples massage treatment on our terrace which was wonderful. The beauty staff were fantastic. The hotel is in a great location in Magaluf. Our room was very clean. Location was absolutely perfect. The hotel had a great feeling during the day, not too lively but not a ghost town. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious and cleaned to a good standard daily.
